4 COUNTY CONNECTION

Photo of 4 County Connection

Ed Boehm, Patrick Boehm, Bob Lemkuil, Lynn “Ole” Anderson

These four longtime barbershoppers joined forces in May of 2016 to form 4 County Connection. Their unique blend of harmony and humor makes them an entertaining group. They are available from mid April through mid October for shows, parties, birthdays, anniversaries & whatever occasion needs a barbershop quartet.

Individually, they are:

TENOR - Ed Boehm is a retired music teacher and award-winning arranger, who is a resident of Marinette County. He is the musical director of not only the Menominee River Chorus, but also the Remnants Barbershop Chorus of Escanaba, Michigan. He and his wife, Mary, live in Marinette and are the parents of five children and the grandparents of five.

LEAD - Patrick Boehm is a resident of Outagamie County and works as a project manager for Secura Insurance. He makes his home in Appleton with his wife Mariah, daughter Norah, and son Elijah. As Ed’s son, he is no stranger to Barbershop, having sung in several quartets, most recently as baritone with Border Project, 2018 Land O’ Lakes District Champions. He also sings with his dad and two brothers in Family A-Chord.

BASS - Bob Lemkuil is a retired special education teacher and coach who is an assistant chorus director when he and his wife, Barb, are at their winter home in Mission, Texas. When in Wisconsin, they live in Neenah in Winnebago County. Bob sings with the Winnebagoland Barbershop Chorus of Oshkosh and also sang with the Sawdust City Slickers Quartet until their retirement. He and Barb have five children and are winning the grandchild race with seventeen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

BARITONE - Lynn “Ole” Anderson and his wife Patti recently retired from Anderson’s Party Time Fundraising after many years of helping area school districts reach their financial goals. Ole also sings with the Oshkosh Barbershoppers and, along with Bass, Bob Lemkuil, sang in the Sawdust City Slickers Quartet until their retirement. He and Patti make their home in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin in Dodge County and have six children, 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
